2011 VBS

The theme for 2011 was Splash:Dive Deeper into God complete with Noah’s ark, waves and a whale.

Children learned about Noah and the Ark; God Releases the Israelites from Slavery and Delivers them through the Red Sea; Jonah Tries to Escape, But God Catches Him in a Fish; Jesus Walks on Water; Jesus Calms a Storm; and The Holy Spirit Washes Us.  We celebrated that even though we may face many challenges in life, God will always be there to love and encourage us to learn and grow.

Picture3The theme for 2010 was Knights of the Lord's Table: Jesus King of Kings complete with a castle, drawbridge and dragon. Children learned about Kings and Queens of the Bible and how even though they were very much like us, God equipped them with the gifts and skills they needed to become great. We celebrated transformation when ultimately Jesus as God's own son was the King of Kings as he gave himself for all of us and triumphed in resurrection.
